Time for what matters.
Structure for complexity.
Why Me
I know what it feels like
to carry it all.

For most of my professional life, I have been the person responsible for making the whole operation work — clients, people, schedules, logistics, quality, decisions, unexpected problems and the small details that determine whether something actually succeeds. I have built businesses, managed international clients, coordinated complex live projects and worked with luxury and high-profile clients. What I discovered is that the part I value most is not ownership itself. It is making things work exceptionally well.
The strongest partnerships are built on trust, high standards and mutual respect — with a deep understanding of the person, the business and the priorities, creating more time, clearer structure and impeccable execution across both business and personal life.

Leia Vallante Studio
Founder · Creative Director · UX/UI & Lead Designer
2020–2026 · Amsterdam · International Clients · Formerly Anzo.Studio™
Led an international client-facing business serving approximately 60% US and 40% European clients, acting as the principal point of contact across projects, priorities, presentations, feedback, delivery and ongoing service.
Managed projects independently from first conversation through completion, coordinating people, decisions, deadlines and shifting priorities while maintaining clear communication and high service standards. The work required substantial autonomy, judgment and the ability to keep multiple moving parts organized without losing sight of the client relationship.
Handled confidential commercial, strategic and digital information, including assignments in cybersecurity and other security-sensitive industries. The role also strengthened my ability to translate complex or incomplete input into clear communication, polished written material and practical next steps.

Dry & Organic Carpet Cleaning LLC
Founder · Owner · Brand & Product Developer
2010–2022 · San Diego, California · Successfully sold at market value
Built and operated a premium service business generating more than $125K in annual profit, with responsibility for the operation as a whole rather than one isolated function.
Managed finances, personnel, technology, marketing, purchasing, vendors, client service and quality standards while leading a team of up to nine employees. This required constant prioritization, decision-making, troubleshooting and follow-through across both strategic and everyday operational matters.
Running the company developed the perspective I now bring into executive support: understanding how many decisions compete for a founder’s attention, knowing which issues require escalation and which can be solved independently, and maintaining standards while keeping the operation moving. The business was ultimately sold at market value.

Temple of Love® Inc.
Founder · Creative Director
2020–2024 · California, USA · Trademark holder
Planned and delivered premium retreats and live experiences from concept through scheduling, logistics, program delivery and on-site execution.
Coordinated teams of approximately 20–40 staff and volunteers, managing the practical realities behind complex live environments rather than only the creative concept. Some of the most demanding projects involved producing retreats and theme camps in remote desert environments with no existing infrastructure.
Those operations required planning water, electricity, food, equipment, supplies and infrastructure; coordinating teams and guests; running the sites during the events; solving problems as they emerged; and fully striking each site afterward.

Christian Lacroix | Max Mara
Assistant Boutique Manager · Personal Stylist
2006–2010 · The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace · Las Vegas · Repeatedly recruited
Managed private-client appointments and high-value relationships at Christian Lacroix while generating more than $1M in annual personal sales.
Worked directly with high-profile clients and their representatives, providing luxury styling, clienteling and boutique support in an environment where discretion, personal attention, judgment and an instinctive understanding of individual preferences were fundamental.
This experience developed a service mindset directly relevant to private and executive support: remembering preferences, reading situations quickly, adapting communication to the individual, protecting privacy and maintaining high standards without making the service itself feel intrusive.
